1Only Prepaid Orders Accepted — Payment Gateway & Accepted Modes
DP BOOK SELLERS operates strictly on a prepaid order basis. Orders are processed and dispatched only after successful payment confirmation via our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
• Supported Payment Modes:
1. UPI: Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED, Amazon Pay, UPI ID, or instant QR code scan.
2. Net Banking: 50+ Indian banks including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Canara, Bank of Baroda, etc.
3. Debit / Credit Cards: RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro with secure OTP verification.

• Payment Security & Auto-Refund for Failed Transactions:
All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR) through 256-bit encrypted gateways. If an amount is debited from your bank or UPI account during a network failure or session timeout without order confirmation, the payment gateway will automatically reverse the full payment to your source account within 3 to 7 working days per RBI interbank settlement guidelines.
2Refunds & Replacement Policy
Refunds or replacements will ONLY apply in case of a verified printing defect (such as missing pages, misprinted/blank pages, illegible text, inverted binding) or an inherent manufacturing defect in the book. Accidental orders or change-of-mind requests are not eligible for returns or refunds.
3Weight-Based Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated considering the total physical weight of the ordered books and the delivery destination pin code. The shipping fee is computed automatically and clearly shown before you pay.
4Coupon Codes & Promotions
Discount coupons, vouchers, and promotional codes must be applied according to their designated set of rules, eligibility criteria, minimum order values, and validity deadlines. DP BOOK SELLERS reserves the right to validate coupon usage.
5Pricing & Stock Availability
We strive to ensure accurate pricing and stock availability. In the rare circumstance that a title goes out of stock or out of print after you place your order, you will be notified immediately and a 100% full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, customers can register an account using their 10-digit mobile number and a 4-digit PIN.

During sign-up, every customer selects answers to 4 predefined security questions:
1. What Category books do you like most? (Options: Horror, Romance, Poetry, None)
2. What time of day do you like to read books most? (Options: Morning, Afternoon, Night, None)
3. Which language books do you prefer to read most? (Options: Telugu, English, Hindi, None)
4. What is your Date of Birth? (Selected from calendar in DD-MM-YYYY format)
• Step-by-Step PIN Recovery:
If you forget your 4-digit PIN:
Step 1: Open the Customer Login screen and click "Forgot your 4-digit PIN? Click here to recover".
Step 2: Enter your registered 10-digit mobile phone number.
Step 3: Answer all 4 security questions exactly as chosen during sign-up.
Step 4: Once all 4 answers match our records, your PIN is verified immediately. You can view your current PIN or set a brand new 4-digit PIN instantly.
