Returns & Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted ONLY within 5 days of the book being delivered to the customer. Any claim submitted after 5 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Returns and replacements are accepted strictly if the book has a printing issue (blank/missing pages, upside-down binding) or an inherent manufacturing defect. Returns for change of mind or accidental orders are not accepted.

It is necessary to have a continuous, unedited video proof while receiving the delivery and opening the packaging. This unboxing video is required to substantiate any physical damage during transport or manufacturing defect, allowing us to process your claim promptly.

To report an eligible issue, send your Order Number along with photos and the unboxing video to WhatsApp: 7382049498 or email: support@dpbooksellers.com within 5 days. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement copy or process a full refund to your original payment account.
